You can check the status of the order at any time by entering the “Orders” section, after logging in to your account.

We only accept order cancellation before order is shipped. Payment will be returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after your order is successfully cancelled. The duration depends on your bank. (Please note that processing might be delayed during holidays.)

We will process your request in 24hrs during work days after you raise the cancellation.

While placing your order online, make sure to enter the code in the “Promotional Code” box in your basket. Remember to apply it before proceeding with the checkout. We remind you that for each purchase, you can use only one promotional code.

  • We suggest that you check if you have received the email with the partial shipment confirmation informing you that one or more items in your order are no longer available. In this case we confirm that the amount charged will be only the total of the items actually shipped. If you have not received this email information, please contact our Customer Service. We will reply as soon as possible.

Yes, we provide global shipping (except for a few conflict regions).

Normally, your package will be reviewed and packed within 3 business days. In case of major festivals or irresistible factors, there will be corresponding delays.

If your package contains out-of-stock or pre-ordered products, we will contact you, please pay attention to our emails. It might be delay due to the festival or peak season, please do contact us if we don’t contact you in time.
